Zaļā Liesma is made from green peppers, the ones that don't ripen to red in autumn. Its heat changes every year, which makes it a truly unique product. Green peppers with fresh coriander, sugar and white wine vinegar create a pleasant, balanced flavour reminiscent of an Asian-style relish.
