1. Products and prices

All prices are in euro (EUR) including VAT. We may change prices and assortment; the price applied to your order is the one shown at checkout. Product images are illustrative — packaging may differ slightly.

2. Ordering and payment

The purchase contract takes effect when you receive the order confirmation email. Payment is possible by bank card and other methods shown at checkout via a secure payment processor. Orders are prepared once payment is received.

3. Delivery

• Delivery across Latvia via Omniva / DPD parcel lockers or courier.
• Free delivery for orders over 50 EUR.
• Orders ship within 1–3 business days; typical delivery time is 2–5 business days.
• Check the parcel on arrival — report damage immediately to the carrier and to us.

4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Latvian consumer protection law you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Note: under Cabinet Regulation No. 255 (clause 22), withdrawal rights do not apply to perishable goods and opened food products. Opened food items (sauces, spices) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is damaged or defective.

To withdraw, write to jurgispm@gmail.com with your order number. We refund within 14 days to the original payment method.

5. Quality claims and disputes

If a product is damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days — we will replace it or refund you. We resolve disputes by negotiation; otherwise you may turn to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (www.ptac.gov.lv) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.

6. Liability

We are liable for product conformity and quality. We are not liable for damage caused by improper storage or use. Use hot sauces as directed on the label — caution for children and people sensitive to heat.

7. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
